Entrepreneur, Ambitious, dreamer, optimist, driven, focused and happy. These are the words that Fina Meraz equates to how she lives and the qualities behind her success.

Fina has taken her love of tile, hands-on approach and her eye for design and created a successful business that serves the Coachella Valley and beyond. Tile Designs by Fina, has been the source for unique tile and hard surface products that have graced some of the most beautiful homes in the area and has been shown on HGTV Desert Flippers and Bravo’s Shah’s of Sunset.

With a no nonsense attitude, coupled with patience and an ability to listen to clients and their needs, Fina is able to interpret her client’s ideas into reality. Her direct approach has won her fans who appreciate that she will always be honest with them in order to achieve their mutual goals.

Rikki runs the show behind the scenes. She’s the kind of assistant who makes the impossible look easy, all while slipping in her love of movie trivia and perfectly timed ghost stories. Think of her as Miranda Priestly’s secret weapon, with a modern twist!

They call LeBron the king of assists – but clearly, they haven’t seen Harlan who is our MVP of logistics! But his real superpower? Passing the ball between sales, accounting, and the warehouse so the whole team scores!
